"FOR JUSTIN MYERS! READ THE REVIEWS! Mike, the owner never sent me an invoice for anything! He completely ghosted me just like the other reviewers have stated. I don’t know who he’s trying to kid about a .5 of 1% failure rate… I have 10 lights and nine of them have failed… That is a 90% failure rate! This guy is a straight up liar! THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND SO DO THE CHINESE LIGHTS!"

"I bought 10 of these lights just over two years ago. 4 of them look like this, and the other six have many individual bulbs out. Tried to contact the owner Mike when this all started six months ago. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls…he finally asked for my order number. I provided the information and I’ve been completely ghosted! THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND SO DO THE LIGHTS!"

"Like other’s, I wanted to support a US based company when buying shop lights and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service or should say lack of. Had these lights professionally installed and they lasted about a week before they started failing. I have attempted on multiple occasions to contact the owner, Mike via phone and emails with no follow up. Clearly he does not stand by his products or warranty. This is the first review I have left recommending not to work with this company."

"More lights continue to fail. You offer a warranty with your products. Your warranty is only as good as the person selling the product. Ive emailed called got zero response. See photos. Lights installed by professionals omni ray and the owner Mike would be the way to go if you want Zero customer service, delayed shipment, failing light fixtures with no response. Garbage company Id like to add we are a small business dedicated to our customers and our products. Ive tried reaching out by phone and email, sent multiple dated pictures illustrating the failures before I submitted this review with zero response."

"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I never write reviews but people need to know what to expect when buying from this sham of a company. First thing it took over a month to even receive my order. Then two of the lights don’t work properly. One flickers non stop and the other one the LED strip inside has come loose inside. Half the time the ones towards the end of the run don’t even come on unless I tap them together with a broom handle. I’ve called and emailed dozens of times over the course of several weeks. Sometimes multiple times a day. No one has ever even answered the phone. I’ve left message after message and sent email after email with no response. I paid three time the amount for these lights compared to the equivalent lights on Amazon, because these lights are supposed to have a 12 year warranty with a USA company. What’s that worth if the company has zero customer service? I do not recommend anyone get involved with Omni Ray lighting."
