"A NEW LOW TODAY!!! This location continues to go downhill, and today it was due to the arbitrary whims of a manager by the name of Liz. They had a special on 5 oz sirloins, and the day prior I picked up eight of them, which make a nice snack later in the day. I returned today with the intent of purchasing more, as the sale is ending October 24th. When I approached the counter, I was greeted by Jill, who had a serious look of displeasure at the number of 5 oz sirloins I had in my basket, and said with an authoritative tone, I need to check with the manager to see how many you can buy. I explained to her that the sign did not indicate any limits, and I purchased eight the day before, which she quickly dismissed. Talking through her headset, she indicated she was advised I could only buy five, even though I purchased eight the day prior. Managers should Ensure that they carry out policy, not make arbitrary judgment calls that inconvenience a customer looking to purchase their product. As you can see in the attached photos, they're clearly is no limit to how many of these discounted sirloins a customer can buy. I ended up having to return to the counter several times, purchasing five sirloins at a time, which was embarrassing, and absolutely unnecessary. Quick Trip needs to sit down with this young lady, who apparently is on a power trip, and remind her that she is there to serve the guest, not her ego. PREVIOUS VISIT I went in today with the hope of getting a ham croissant, and the shelf was completely empty. Staff confirmed not because they sold all their sandwiches, but because they simply had not made them, and this was Prime breakfast time. When I asked Debbie at the front counterTo help me understand why I was waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich that should already be up on the Shelf waiting for purchase, she was silent, and gave me a disgusted look.This has been my go-to place, and I've been very disappointed to see the level of service and quality of management drop. They can do better,and they need to step up their game."
