"Sure it’s Christmas Day but the web site says they are open! So I call and someone answers with the usual greeting sounding like he would be helpful! So I ask, what time do you close today and the reply I got was this.... OH MY ITS CHEISTMAS DAY, we are closed all day period, the he hung up! How rude can you be on Christmas Day! If you are closed, change your hours on your web site and people won’t BOTHER you! I’m new here and my car died on the way home from work and it was probably your family (1 of the many)that kept me at my job on Christmas Eve from 830 am to 1045 pm! I wasn’t rude to a single one!"
