"Store is really neat and clean however the atmosphere is horrible. I walked into the store, the staff right in front didn't even speak. When I got ready to check out, 2 staff members behind the counter was talking about this guy who they cash app tips to. I put my shoes on the counter and no one said nothing to me as the lady grabbed my shoes... I finally said "hey how are y'all?" They gave a quick answer and finished their conversation about the man. Highly unprofessional and they honestly need to be retrained on customer service. Just rachet."

"It was alright, but not the same as it used to be in the past. They had a very limited inventory to select from. They had very few 13's and absolutely no 14's. The two plus things about the store were, it was clean and for the inventory they had, it was very organized."

We have picked up several pairs of dressy shoes here in a pinch when we needed them for a special occasion or prom. The staff here has been polite and reliable. The store is usually pretty clean and you can find what you're looking for."
