"Their service itself is about average compared to others in the area. The main issue was being told “we have your part in stock” so we could get our vehicle back within a day. Then they changed to “we didn’t notice you have a 6 cylinder so we’re going to have to order the part.” Shouldn’t checking the engine size be one of the first and most basic things a mechanic would do?! Didn’t really instill any confidence in their service skills. Ended up waiting 4 days to get our car back, discovering in the process that it’s really difficult to get in touch with them for questions and updates. Lastly, be prepared to be charged twice as much for parts and labor! (Typical for a dealership I know!) $200 for a diagnostics test, marked up parts, and $100-$200 per hour for labor! I honestly feel like they just make it up as they go! I don’t see us taking our business back there again. I wouldn’t recommend them unless your vehicle is under warranty! If you want good service at a reasonable price, I recommend Sam’s crew at Mr. Fix It. Funny name, but they do excellent work that won’t destroy your checking account!"
