"BUYER BEWARE! Recently tried to purchase outdoor furniture and come to find out the business is going under. We are currently trying to get a refund with no success."

"After buying a couch from TNT almost 2 years ago, we went back last month to purchase a bedroom suite for our daughter. I practically had to beg for help in the store. I asked one employee about two different bedroom suites. Instead of walking back with me to answer my questions she goes into leigh Anne's office and asks her and that was it. No one was interested at ALL to help me. I was told if I gave a 5 star review I would receive a free pillow. The movers left the boxes upside down and side ways. After carrying everything upstairs to set it up, we discovered EVERY piece was damaged. We emailed pictures and TNT said they would order replacements, but got very rude with my husband. Leigh Anne told him since we didn't pay $75 for the delivery fee they would not bring the damaged pieces down or even set up the new furniture. After waiting 19 days for delivery, moving all the furniture upstairs, partially setting it up (because obviously we had to stop once seeing it was all broken) they can't even remove the furniture THEY broke and set up the replacements to ensure nothing is damaged?! I have never seen a business that only does the bare minimum like this place. My husband had to threaten to dispute the charge on his credit card and only then were we able to have the furniture set up."

"I was looking for a twin mattress. $125? I was kinda nervous as to how it felt. It was so comfortable!! The sales lady was amazing! She gave us space, let us look around for as long as we wanted to. I got my mattress, my mom ordered this beautiful chair. I will most definitely be back!"
