"Yesterday, July 17, 2023, I visited City Gear to purchase a pair of shoes for my birthday. Although the shoes I wanted were out of stock, the staff went above and beyond to help me find alternatives and provided several options to get the shoes as quickly as possible. They also suggested great pairings for the shoes and had incredibly friendly and responsive customer service. I am truly impressed and will definitely continue shopping at Citi Gear for all my shoe needs. Thank you for making my customer experience exceptional!"

"The Bel-Air store Gave my friend the wrong shoes last night and had the audacity to say it was a "small mistake" that happens all the time. Then had the nerve to have attitude and asked him why he didn't bring the shoes back last night. All this from the Manager on duty today! Very unprofessional. Poor customer service. Blatant lack of empathy and took no accountability. The owner of the store should be ashamed to have such nasty, incompetent workers. Not following store protocol is a big No No and if you can't tell the difference between two shoes, you need to go work somewhere else. My friend was supposed to wear those shoes to an event last night and they ruined that! They offered no remorse or compensation for THEIR mistake. Needless to say, they lost a good customer. He got his money back and will not shop there again! I'm pretty sure the owner of the store wouldn't like losing good customers. But oh well. He would rather go where he is respected and valued. The nerve of some of these so called Managers. Need to go to a customer service class ASAP"
