"Went to this place in need of some rims, money in hand, yet... when I walked in there was only this huge BW sitting at a desk having a personal conversation on the phone. She didn't greet, didn't get off the phone to help. I had literally walked the whole store I may as well been invisible. I walked out went home and ordered me a set of 24s off ebay. Whoever owns this business needs to know this unless thats their GF or MAMA up front and completely cool with them not giving a care about walk in customer. GL with that"

"I spent 3500 on wheels and tires here. They lost one of my wheel caps from my OEM wheels, said they were gonna order a new one for me and now after 5 months they just keep ignoring me. I also got 2 cars brake calipers painted red here and both are chipping like crazy. Finally, the tires they put on are a 45 sidewall which looks ridiculous on my car, as if I’m going to race Baja with it."

"I have a 71 Jaguar E Type with wire wheels and a center knock off. I've had issues with some other shops in the area being rough with my rims mounting tires and not being able to balance them correctly. One shop even told me they couldn't balance the wheel because my rim was bent. They had it on the machine crooked. This time I took my rims to Elite since they had hundreds of specialized rims and apparently were able to mount tires on those without a problem. George was very helpful and scheduled me an appointment with Greg and I was in and out of there in an hour. Perfect job! Very reasonable as well. I'm sold."
