"Dropped off taxes on 4/6/22 and told they would be done in a week. Family member dropped theirs off on the 5th. They were also told it would take a week. After the 20th I called and left voicemails. Never got a call back. They told family member they were going on vacation and that they filed extensions for everyone and they would be back in the office 5/9/22. Finally able to finish my taxes on the 12th. Family member still hasn't been able to finish their taxes. Left numerous voicemails with no call backs. Now Cullen Tax has change their number. Never going to this place again would never recommend Cullen Tax."
