"I went to liberty taxes last year, and they missed a form for paid health insurance, it held my refund up almost 8 months...this year I could've done myself, but Greg at Jackson Hewitt got me back so much more than expected! And being first time customer took $200 (1/2) off my prep cost, he covered every corner and even got me money for having a 401k that's already been cashed out! I didn't know that was even a thing!
