"I have never been more humiliated, I walked in hoping they could help me with my taxes and possibly get a better refund than some of their competitors and they basically told me that if they sit with me and figure it out that I’ll have to pay them $100 even if I do not file with them because they did 5 minutes worth of work to get me an estimate. I felt ashamed and embarrassed and I can not believe people could could be so selfish and greedy to a person who works hard all year and only wants a tax expert to get them a little bit of that hard earned money back.
