"Maybe my visit was on a merchandise reset day, but the isles weren't stocked. Most of all they had nothing for my events theme. Not even napkins for my theme. And I ended up having to shop around in order to keep my party theme alive! Was shocked that this was a Party City. Never seen so many empty shelves. Pros: staff members are courteous and answered all my questions with sincerity and professionalism. There seems to be an abundance of balloons at this location. If you need balloons for your event this is surely the place to be."
"If I could give it a zero, I would. Horrible customer service. I’ve never been encouraged to cancel an order because an employee didn’t “feel” like blowing up balloons. Manager was horrible too. This is why Amazon is shutting down in person store!"
