"We came to the Chadwick Group based on several recommendations from our local community groups. This was our first time using a tax service and we definitely will not be repeat customers. They have an extreme lack of organization and communication. They filed our taxes late and did not notify us. We were charged interest and late fees by the IRS and that was the only we found out that our tax advisor filed late. My husband and I both called their office several times and never received a call back. We received a letter at the end of July with a refund for what the IRS charged us. We wish they would have given us a full refund for their service since it was terrible and they couldn’t be bothered to contact a new client. Would not recommend this place!
