SHEILA never even intoduced herself to us, she FAILED to explain why the price sky rocketed this year and blamed it on our pension and child care? If you like saving money, do not go here. Like the last post, I would totally give this place a whopping ZERO."

"Worst experience of my life. H&r block consultant Hillary never once asked if someone claims me, pretty self explanitory that my mother claims me because I still live with her at 19 years old. I have been in there three times in the last month and I was refused service today because I was upset and wanted my filing fee back. Never EVER using them again and DO NOT recommend this location at all. She ruined my tax experience and now my mother cannot file until the issue is resolved. If I could give zero stars I would. She also never asked my mother if she pays rent or anything.. She obviously has no idea what she is doing."
