"Just want to inform everyone! These people are racist, alcoholic, Unresponsive, etc. About 10 people I know filled out there taxes there and still have received there claim, including me. If you try to call to try and resolve the issue, they won't pick up the phone. And if you go up there and the owner is in a bad mood, she will call the police on you to try and not do business with you. I am a patient with cancer, since February waiting on taxes. I hope nobody falls in there trap. Very unprofessional. William not recommended, ever"

"Vanessa Kuttab Filed our taxes without our signatures lied on our taxes committing tax fraud got our taxes froze now IRS is looking into us. Now we’re probably going to be investigated or audited. Our taxes are delayed for months and when I asked Vanessa for a copy of our taxes, she gives me three pages in an envelope was missing half of it. Works for the benefit herself. Filers beware this is not a joke"
