"Iam sorry me and my girl friend stay to gether we are not even married and I was going to claim the rent and she say because you two split the bills that they have to add both of our incomes together and said we make to much and to remind you were not married so they screwed us from getting out tax credit for the rent even though I was the one paying the rent my girlfriend Can file through then next year but iam not I will file with so.e one else so I can get my tax credit for my rent thanks alot leading edge"

"Leading Edge has horrible communication and is extremely unprofessional. My tax return was denied in May 2021 because of an error in their system, and although I called and emailed them multiple times since July of 2021, I did not receive a call back until January of 2022. Moreover, when I went in to resolve the issue, Annette acted in a hostile manner, and claimed that in May of 2021 I had not brought in one of my 1099s (which I have record of doing), and said that they had no record of my check for their services (which I paid them for). Do NOT go to them for tax services."

"Mike is right, watch out! My husband and I used this tax service for our 2016, 17 taxes. We didn't have a problem until recently. On May 2, 2018 we received a CP2000 letter from the IRS. This was a proposed change from our 2016 taxes stating that we may owe $2,300 dollars due to insufficient proof of tuition payment. I called Leading Edge the day I received the letter. Denny called me back on May 3rd, and I brought the letter by the office on May 4th. My husband and I both called the office on multiple occasions. We left several messages and did not receive one phone call in response.....until May 16th. I just went today to pick up the letter and copies of proof of tuition payment. If I would have had these copies I would have sent them with a letter to the IRS myself. It was extremely stressful to have this hanging over our heads for two weeks and no call back after several phone calls. I called the IRS just to get a 30 day extension because we could not get a response from Denny (our response to the IRS is due by May 30th with interest accruing). We try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but not receiving one return phone call for almost two weeks is unacceptable. We won't be using this tax service again."
