"This location is a joke. The lady who attempted to do our taxes coerced me into signing paperwork I clearly stated several times that I did not want to sign.. then got attitude with us when I told her that what she was telling us didn’t sound correct (my dad usually does our taxes and has taught me a little about how to do so too). So we left telling her we were going to get a second opinion. My dad agreed to take time out of his busy schedule to do ours. We went back to pick up our paperwork and gave it to my dad. No shocker. Some of our personal information is now missing. Husband called the hr block and they (of course) can’t find it. Won’t be going back and hopefully corporate reads this and sees how unprofessional to force someone to sign paperwork and then lose tax forms because a client ultimately chose to go someplace else. That’s our personal information out there somewhere. Much appreciated."
