"During my visit to Liberty Tax, I had a great, pleasurable experience! As soon as I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by Hetal who was who's one if the Tax Specialist in the Office! She seen that I had an appointment and begin preparing me for my tax preparation! While Hetal was preparing my tax return she ran into some challenges as I had multiple W-2's and State Tax Preparations because of my job! After Hetal starting experiencing some challenges, Preet immediately came over with smile, greeted me, eager to help, and began to render assistance to Hetal! Together they completed my tax preparation and sent me on my way as a very happy customer!
