"Great group of people to do your taxes!!"

"Was assigned an H&R Block tax professional from this office to review my online tax filings. They supposedly "corrected" my filings, instead leading to a mistake which has taken multiple tax filing revisions to try and resolve. H&R Block has also never made good on their Peace of Mind (POM) service - which claims to reimburse in the event of any errors - and I've had to pay a lot of money in additional taxes, late fees, etc. Be careful with these tax professionals and double check their work, if possible. I made the mistake of trusting them and assuming POM would provide the insurance. I was wrong on both accounts."

"If I could I would give no stars. I went here to get my taxes done and not only did they not know what they were doing but I had to go somewhere else to get the $2,000.00 they shorten me on. Once I brought it to their attention that they didn't file my taxes right they blew me off for a month, then I had to send them the proof of me paying someone else to check and the difference they got me back. It took another month just to get an answer back on them not filling it right. I would never go back here nor would I tell anyone to go here. Times is hard enough and to mess my refund by $2,000.00 after charging me around $500.00 for filling is ridiculous."
