"I had someone come out for a quote over a month and a half ago and was told I’d have the pricing within a week. I JUST met last week to discuss pricing and asked for an electronic breakout so that I could review the information further, I was told I’d have it within a day. Again, I haven’t heard anything back. Since working with HWC I have not received any follow ups or any form of communication on my project. It’s been an extremely big waste of my time at this point and we will be moving on elsewhere."

"I would love to give HWC 5 stars but screwed up scheduling knocked it back a little. Then today when the plumber arrived he did not have the sink or faucet with him (he was told it would already be here) and he was not aware that he was also to do a toilet install (no toilet with him either). Lance (the plumber) was a real champ and went back out to get the items without even losing his friendly smile. Meanwhile, Josh and Tex did an awesome job changing out the tub for a walk-in shower. They worked together like long time dance partners and made the work look easy. In the end, all the requested work was completed before the end of the day, including a good cleanup. HWC needs to vastly improve communications within their ordering/scheduling areas, but the designer and installers were all top notch."
