"I drove from across the Bay to get my prescription filled here, because they had what I needed, and after calling around, and dealing with rude people all morning, Jasper was EXTREMELY NICE to me over the phone, and helpful. All Walgreens from Baldwin County to Mobile are always backed up and overly busy with no help which is probably Corporate. Jasper was the nicest, and very helpful! Where I live, they will hang up on you, and you'll wait 30 minutes to an hour just to drop off a script in the drive thru. Everyone here was very nice to customers, as I listened while I waited on mine to be filled. I will be coming back here every month to get my scripts filled. If you have any complaints with this Walgreens, your are welcome to come over to Daphne and deal with these extremely rude people who do not care how they treat you!"

"They are trying to do to many things at the pickup window. One person is working the window, answering the phone. The wait time is 20 minutes to pickup a prescription, people were leaving because of the long line & long wait. They need help please. The people are working hard I give them 4 stars"

"This store blatantly disregards customer service. I was second in line behind what appeared to be an off duty employee of Walgreens trying to check out. Stood there for five mins while the trio (the cashier, another lady and the off duty employee) discussed everything from the product that the woman was trying to buy, to the possibility of the off duty employee being fired for some reason or another. At one point the off duty employee stepped away for some reason. Most cashiers would continue on to the next in line and check that person out. Nope, not here. I was asked to continue waiting (granted at least I was asked nicely) and then when the woman returned they carried on their conversation. I finally got sick of waiting, placed my products on the counter and walked out. I love walgreens. They have always had nice, kind people working at their store but this is the worst I've ever seen in a store. I would fire two of those three women....... but that's just me. Walgreens needs to discipline them because this cost them money."
