"Convenient for the locals. I get teenagers need to work. But if you are going to hire them at least train them properly. You are setting their future work ethics/standard and it isn't a good one. You are paying them to have another playground. They talk to customers as if they are at a high school football game. No how are you, did you find everything ok, nothing professional. Always sitting at the registers, on their phones even when they are ringing you up. It's disrespectful. If you are going to hire teenagers. Train them for their future employer because if not they are in for a rude awakening when they change jobs and can't do what they do here at that other job because they have standards. You are not doing them any favors by allowing them to do whatever they want."

"Called to see if they had something in stock before going. The employee was not very knowledgeable but didn't hesitate to get find out all the information I was resting. Very polite, courtesy manner, exceptional customer service, was impressed with how quick and stress free this call was, wish other establishment trained their employees on the correct way to handle incoming inquiry calls such as mine was.
