"I started going to this location after the Rochester Rd location closed. This location can feel a bit congested, especially on weekends. However, it’s nice to see how many people still enjoy shopping at bookstores! Gabrielle was very helpful and checked in the back when they didn’t have a book I was looking for. She offered to order it for me and made suggestions to other books I might like. Great customer service!"

"I love going to this location. They have every book/genre you can imagine here, and they also have a nice Starbucks nook in the corner where you can read your books and enjoy a warm cup of coffee. Every experience here is above and beyond. The employees are very helpful and friendly, the area is clean and organized, and the cashier told me about a cool rewards punch where for every $10 you spend (I believe) when you make it to 10 punches, you'll get a $5 off!"

"My family loves this store! We have started a new tradition of coming once a week with our son whose 15 months old and letting him pick out a book. We love watching him run up and down the isles looking at all the options. We also love Dave who is great with kids and will let you talk to him about kids book as long as you want."
