"I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with CVS pharmacy that I feel compelled to share with the public. It is my hope that my review will serve as a cautionary tale for anyone relying on this pharmacy for their prescription medication needs. One of the most glaring issues I encountered was CVS's consistent lack of important prescription medications. It was shocking and frustrating to discover that they were frequently out of stock on medications that I rely on for my health and well-being. This lack of inventory not only caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience but also put my health at risk. What was even more disheartening was the careless attitude displayed by CVS's staff when addressing this issue. Instead of showing genuine concern and empathy for customers in need of medication, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of accountability and disregard for the impact their actions had on my health was truly disconcerting. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding medication availability added to the frustration. There were no proactive measures taken to inform customers about potential delays or alternatives. Instead, I was left to navigate the situation on my own, wasting valuable time and energy on hold waiting to speak with a pharmacy representative. This careless and indifferent attitude towards customers needing medication when they are out of stock is simply unacceptable. CVS pharmacy should prioritize the well-being and health of their customers, ensuring that essential medications are consistently available. The lack of responsibility and empathy displayed by the staff is a clear indication of a work culture issue that needs to be addressed. I strongly advise against relying on CVS pharmacy for your prescription medication needs. The frequent unavailability of important medications and the careless attitude towards customers in need is a significant concern. It is crucial to find a pharmacy that values customer well-being and takes the necessary steps to ensure medication availability and provide compassionate care. Find alternate pharmacy in advance."
"I walked in to the store for the second dose of shingles vaccine, so the folirst question was do I have an appointment I replied with no so she replied that they don’t have it in stock!!! So the question was wrong if they don’t have it why should she ask about an appointment!! So i left called the store asked about the vaccine and the answer was they have it!!! So i made appointment online and it was in 10 min, i walked in found another person because I thought the same woman will keep lying to me, so i simply have been checked in and been asked to wait in waiting area and I did, after 20 min I followed up and complained about the waiting specially that the woman giving the vaccines was just hanging around, and been told to wait again! After 45 min I called the CVS customer service and complained and left the store so angry and frustrated, I was on hold with the customer services who were calling the store, after couple of minutes she came back to me apologizing and saying that they are looking for me now to fill some information even though that I have been asked when I scheduled the appointment to provide my info and authorize them to use previous information! So basically they do not need any information from me! Anyway I left the store and not coming back to CVS again, it was worse experience ever, they just can lie to customers disrespect them by just making them wait to pay back for trying to push them do their job!! So frustrating."
"Clean location, 2 u-scan registers, this store used to be open 24 hours, but I'm not sure if it is since the pandemic. Everything is usually fairly well stocked with inventory. The staff that works here, I swear a few of them have been working here for 10+ years, which is a sign that the company treats them well too. I'm always happy to come here and spend my money lol"
"Have always had a good experience at the pharmacy. My flu shot appointment was very pleasant and pain free. Thank you Lea !"
"It took them 7 hours to fill a script with 30 pills. Like really? I was traveling out of town and couldn't get my script before I left. The tech said they couldn't fill it. I've been to Walgreens and other CVS locations and never been told to come back 7 hours later for 30 tabs. There were no other customers there either. Very disappointing. Not going back"
