"These guys are great. Some others in the area have not been as nice, expsample. No refund or care at all if my phone didn't work with the service. clearly not caring what happens after i leave. But the guys here made sure my phone worked with the service before they charged me and promised a refund if it failed. They got me hooked up and the metropcs service in general has been good to me as long as i have been in a good store."
"I will say most of the time they are great but for some reason lately every thing I have bought from them there has been something wrong with it and I have been told on a couple different occasions that a replacement would be ordered that day and I would get a phone call to come in and get things straightened out well still no phone call and I have bought merchandise that doesn't work and I tried to get my money back and the guy was so very rude! So before you think about buying something from this store make sure you don't mind getting screwed out of your money cause it's junk and they won't refund your hard earned money! My suggestion is find another carrier!!!"
