"This gas station is TERRIBLE!!! I went inside and paid for gas, the pump never came on so I had to go inside and pay AGAIN!! The guy working there assured me that my card would be credited the money I paid for the gas I never got but it wasn’t!!"
"Stopped to get diesel and the attendant was too busy texting on his phone to be able to help. There are 2 diesel pumps one of which was busy with a man filling a gas can. When my husband inquired about using the one that wasn’t occupied, the attendant went back to texting on his phone. We went next door to spend our $100 in diesel. Great work ethic here"
"Horrible!! No customer service at all! My card got locked in the reader at the pump and wouldn’t release or pump gas. After 10 minutes of trying it finally came free. Then I see a $75 charge has come out of my account. After waiting two days for it to be reversed I finally called and was told that it should be there within 24 hours, that the manager was on vacation and there was no other person I could talk to. In mid sentence he hung up on me."
