"Horrible. I have done my tax returns with hr block for more then 10 yrs and I never had a problem. I come to this location in portage and Ms. Jetta Lewis was assigned to help. She was clearly told it was for the advice loan. I showed her a w2 from 2022 asked if she needed it she said no check stub only. She still processed to try to file 2022 w2. After I told her again it’s for the loan she looked at me and said “ur time is up, you only had 30min.” So unprofessional. I never had this issue, a 30min window or get off the chair really is this how y’all are doing things now?"
