"If I could rate a 0, I would. I was referred to them by my financial advisor to take care of my deceased grandmother's final tax return, her first and final trust tax return and my mother's trust tax return. All documents were to him by Feb, then I never heard from him. Early April, just a couple weeks before taxes were due, I reached out and he told me his colleague was working on it. Come to find out she had emailed me, but it ended up in my spam folder. Okay, fine, but if you don't hear back from me, you'd think she would call, right? Wrong. Though she said she called me, she never did. Taxes were submitted late due to their incompetence, and furthermore, their calculations were incorrect. I overpaid on my grandma's trust taxes, and underpaid on my mom's. I told my financial advisor not to recommend them anymore and have let family friends know not to use them when they were looking for an accountant. I will never use them again. 0/5."
