"My family members and I went to Kim for our taxes to be done. We used her based on the good reviews and her pricing. It was a huge regret when we found that every single tax return Kim did for our whole family had errors on them. We only found out when the IRS sent notice of corrections. Some of us owed more than what Kim filed and was penalized. With other returns, the IRS sent additional refunds....this was hundreds of dollars that my family member could have missed out on had the IRS not correct the tax return Kim sent.
