"I want to say that Brad was amazingly considerate, helpful, and kind. This organization assisted my fathers assets until he passed last year. After some discussion with them I decided to take his financial assets to another organization. Within the first month there were no issues and then I was emailed by another staff member who reported to me I had to pay a cost of $200 an hour for a minimum of three hours to receive the money that my father had left me. I attempted to leave emails and phone messages to speak with Brad because I really appreciated his customer service. The other individual who contacted me was somewhat rude with her emails and comments made over the phone. I am very disappointing that my messages were not given to Brad or he chose to pass this work to someone else. When I reported to this other person that my financial institution could not transfer the funds in their name she laughed and told me that "if someone can read they can do it". She went on to talk about how easy it was to transfer the money to another account. When I then questioned why I was being charged $600 for this she stated that it would actually be quite a bit of work to get my fathers assets transferred and mentioned she would need a team to help her. Obviously this backtracking made no sense. Disappointed I called around and did the work myself, it took around 20 minutes of my time. I feel that if my dad is looking down on us that he would be greatly disappointed in the customer service I receive. Brad if you read this, I appreciated your stories of working with him, you are very kind. I hope you can train your other staff members the same as you. Good luck."
