"Need more experience employees, I used to work at a Jack's in another area and I was the assistant manager, and I had to remind the employees to be on their game, waiting 20 minutes in a fast food restaurant is not fast food."

"What has happened to this location? It has gone downhill. No one in the drive thru, 3 cars waiting for food in the parking lot, only 6 to 8 men finishing up Bible study inside and we still wait 20+ minutes for two cheese burgers and cold fries. Then when we did get it, it was wrong. Not to mention while waiting, we watched a staff member carry her meal out to her car and leave. When the manager did bring our food out to the car there was no apology for the long wait nor when I had to come in and get my order corrected. #MakeArgosJacksGreatAgain"

"Walked into the bathroom, and it smelled really bad. Both of the urinals were out of service, and 1 was full of pee. I didn't even eat there."

"I went in today for a breakfast special, while waiting I watched the manager Argue with a cook for at least 10 minutes right in front of all the customers waiting for their food, the manager was very respectful to the employee but i can’t say the same for the cook. I don’t know who owns this place but I will never spend another time of my money at this place. The owner definitely needs to be more involved in the hiring process. If an owned can’t make sure they have decent employees they don’t need to be a franchise holder. I live less than a mile from this location but I will give my money to another location or a different brand. I was so mad I just walked out."

"Always a big fan of Jack's especially since we do not have one in the middle Tennessee area, so when we are down in Alabama I always like to stop by and see what new items they have on the menu and this time it was bacon cheese fries and they did not disappoint!"
