"Yes it's true! They take forever to make the orders. I shouldn't have to wait 20-25 minutes for a cup of coffee. At that point I might as well go to a sit down restaurant and have a proper breakfast. Their menu was OK and employees somewhat friendly. Don't come here if you don't have a lot of time to waste."

"This location is by far better over others in the area! Drive thru speeds and accuracy of my orders every day are what led me to sit inside. The arrangement of the tables and available seating is especially superior. Today, I accidentally sent my mobile order to the next closest location in the craziness of my day and didn't realize until I was already inside with my laptop set up to get some work finished. I offered to reorder for the correct location and the barista was so kind and understanding to just make my coffee here. As difficult as my morning had already been, it was the attention to detail that helped turn the day around!"

"I want to like this Starbucks so much. It’s convenient, excellent location, next to my gym and everywhere I shop in Trussville. However, I’ve been here multiple times. They are painfully slow and typically don’t get your order correct. I travel a lot and frequent Starbucks but with service this slow at this location (even at 2PM when it’s dead), I can’t continue giving this location a chance. 20-30 minute wait time (even when you order ahead on the app) is just unacceptable."

"First of all, I wanna acknowledge the incredible Customer Service of Tamala Went in to grab some drinks for me and my little girls, and it took around 30 minutes to get them. I have to admit I was a bit frustrated but after speaking to her and learning the employees are all new my focus shifted to whether the order would be right or not. She assured me she would make sure herself they were, and she did just that! With some practice and training this is gonna be a great store!"
