"3 employees and only 4 customers. Only 1 employee was making sandwiches. Literally took about 30 minutes for 2 overpriced subs. The other 2 employees just stood around."

"Walked in and 4 employees doing nothing. It took us standing there 30 seconds before we got greeted. We ordered, I walked to use the restroom. It was filthy. Four rmployees doing nothing, and it's filthy."

"After many times of ordering here online and having no issues, I have just had the most horrible experience! I placed my order for 12 people and the confirmation was set at 11:45 and upon arrival, they said they did not have my order. After going back and looking again they lied and said the order was set for 12:45. Even after showing the confirmation, they claimed I was wrong about the time it was set for. Overall, this was a horrible experience and they even said it was probably their system because it messes up all the time. IF THEY KNOWINGLY KNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THEIR SYSTEM THEY SHOULD SPEAK TO THEIR FRANCHISE OWNER OR OPERATIONS MANAGER AND GET IT FIXED!!"

"I wanna start by saying the service was good. That is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1. What I don't understand is why anyone would bake some bread, then steam all the ingredients and then add all that moisture back into the bread.. it makes a soggy sandwich. Baking the whole sandwich gets some of the moisture out. i mean they should call it steam house subs bc I don't see the fire.. the staff was very friendly and they made the sandwich the steam house way."

"This location is slow and dirty. I travel a lot and give fair and honest reviews. The GM needs to step up their game. 6 people shouldn’t take 10 mins to make 3 sandwiches. They are friendly but you need more to run a business. Dirty fingerprints on door. Soda machine dirty, I stuck my hand on the plate and it was slimy, tea plates had sludge on them ice machine had sludge and slime. I tried the water tab and a piece of black mold fell off into my cup. I forgot to take that photo. Please make sure your store is having deep cleans on slow days and nightly soaks of parts for the drink machine with sanitizer."
