"First of all the manager didn’t say sorry for the under baked bagel. The manager with the long beard was very rude and wasn’t welcoming to me at the store nor helpful with the situation. I recommend only getting the drinks and pass on the food."

I know every order takes time and is customized differently; however waiting 25 minutes and receiving only half of the right order after being asked what my order is, is unacceptable. My donuts not being the right kind is on me because I should’ve checked before I left, but again I was asked what my order was. My frozen drink tasted and had the consistency of chocolate milk and my iced coffee had more ice than it. This is the second time going to this location in a week, where my drink was deluded and my order was wrong. Please fix this. I have no problem waiting but I would like it to be correct."
