"We had GSA offer to help us challenge a tax year for us and in the process they mis-represented many things, one was that they would charge a fee for One year that was being challenged. It was told to us that they would challenge one year and then once the tax reduction was accomplished, the future savings would be ours as property owners. They said their fee was based on the one year challenged. They dragged out the process to then ask to include a second year in order to boost their fees. Once a refund was issued, they held us hostage by hanging onto our entire refund and asked for a fee based on not One, not two, but 3 years of tax savings, and we had no such agreement with them. I would never recommend them and I would highly suggest you call others in the business. These folks are greedy and dis-honest. It took as many months to get our refund back after spending thousands with our attorney who convinced them to understand they were unreasonable an d dishonest. These people can not be trusted no matter what their response is to this, I can promise you they were not honest to deal with. The most upsetting thing about this is GSA really tried to profit share with us for 3 years of forward tax savings when normally a responsible professional would have handled this one year challenge and billed their fees honestly. These people can not be trusted."
