"I enrolled in Start New Financial in May 2022. I had approximately $19,000 in credit card debt between two cards. I enrolled both cards into their debt relief program. They were able to negotiate with one of my credit cards which saved me $4000. The second card would not negotiate With Start New Financial. They took me to court. I was able to negotiate settling a balance for $5500. It was a better deal going through the court system because Start New Financial was trying to negotiate $7500 on a $12,000 balance. I highly recommend using Start New Financial while I had to remove one of my credit cards from the program. It ended up out better for me. The process took less than two years.
