"Haven’t had good chicken here in a long time. Once again the chicken was not fresh, very greasy from being held so long & evidently the oil has not been changed in a long time as it had that unmistakable taste of old oil. I was the only customer in the place and there was not a single clean table."

"I placed a small order through their app an hour before they closed. I arrived and walked in to pick up my order (50 mins before they closed) and they asked me how I got in there (I pointed to the door and said "that door"), told me the lobby was closed and to go through the drive thru. I went back to my vehicle and went through the drive thru. They have me pull up to the window and then tell me that they don't have any of what I ordered available and the order will be refunded. They had the place almost completely shut down for the night with almost an hour left of business hours. How did they have no chicken tenders available and no chicken for a sandwich? They also never offered replacements or anything. Just a simple, "it'll be refunded". Like cool, I'll get my money back but what in the world?!"

"We ordered the fill up box tonight and did not receive the 12 nuggets that were supposed to be included. Tried to call the store and Noone answered the phone."
