"Used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant. Employees are very kind! But taste of food & quality has really gotten worse. This is the second time there’s been something wrong with my food. Today we sat in & ordered cheese dip. It had plastic all inside. I’m pregnant & I feel as if the customer service was horrible after I brought it to the managers attention."

"As an Alabama native who is learning more about Latin cuisine through my extended family, this is a great local chain and I’m happy to learn about it. The handmade and painted decor is very colorful and makes it feel like you’re really in Mexico. The service was fantastic. Tacos were done just the way we like them with roasted Jalapeño and Green Onion and a homemade salsa on the side that really kicks. Thanks for the service and your hospitality. Good Mexican beer selection, too!"

"We used to enjoy this place when we dine in. The last couple of times we got our food to go. We were being charged for food we didn't receive. After trying to explain what happened the guy that took our order couldn't understand English all of sudden. We will never go back. wouldn't take care of the customers. Make sure you are paying attention to what they are charging you. We was charged any extra $9 the first visit then $11 the next visit. Will not go back!!"

"Had a delicious Margarita in a custom El Patron cup! I ordered a shrimp quesadilla and they literally brought me a tortilla with some cheese and shrimp...nothing else. I guess I got what I asked for."
