"I got into line and the lady asked me to move to another lane so i did but the girls just kept talking and walking behind my car i assumed they wanted me to pull the speaker apparently not it was very confusing and made absolutely no sense. At the window no on greeted or even spoke to me for several minutes one lady had her had laying on the computer. Definitely a chickfila we wont be stopping by in the future the employees seem very lazy"

"On 1/26/24 I went to order a free Chick-fil-A sandwich after completing a survey for this location which the survey received 5 starts for the breakfast service earlier that day. Well the dinner service was not like the breakfast. Beck at the drive through was lackluster not friendly and quoted me the wrong price off a small Mac n cheese. When I ask him why it was cheaper on the app than in person he just stared blankly in my face. No trying to understand or see why. It’s always something with this location. I simply will not be retuning, I’ll drive down 280 and just have to reheat my food when I make it home!"

"Went at a busy time, and the drive thru moved at a good pace. We had two separate orders in my car and that somehow threw their whole system out of wack. They ended up giving us the wrong order, even though we said “all we’re missing is an 8 piece nugget and a water”. The icing on the cake was that the food was cold, which is alarming because in my experience, when a place is busy, that’s the best chance at getting fresh made food. Never had any sort of confusion or problems with food quality at ANY other Chick-fil-a location I’ve been to across Alabama or Georgia. Not sure if it’s a management problem or what, but I had already heard of issues with this Chick-fil-a specifically and it’s disheartening to experience it first hand."

"The absolute WORST cfa I have ever been too. It’s shocking how consistently slow it is, even after many reviews complaining about it. On top of that, my order had the right name with the right order label on it but what was in the bag was completely wrong. It’s like no one even bothered looked at it and just threw in a bunch of random stuff. When I got to the window, no one in there was making in hurry to get anything done and the man handing me my order was incredibly rude. Then, when I mentioned he forgot my drink, which was listed on my order label, he got frustrated at me… icing on the cake was that the food was cold."
