Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"Got a takeout the other day. First time in a few years. Not what I remembered. The burger was 1/2 the size it used to be. I got a mushroom burger. Asked if I wanted everything on it and I said yes. All it had were mushrooms. You tout endless fries but you didn't even fill my container up with fries. Skimpy! Hambuger Heaven is better at 1/3 the price. Yes, this burger with tax was 16.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"First time at a Red Robin and so impressed by the quality of the burger. We went for lunch and was immediately seated and waitress came to us. We ordered the avocado burger and the smoke and pepper burger. Both were perfectly prepared, obvious flat grilled and toppings were in just the right amount of proportion to make it great. The side of fries were ample but the waitress offered more, wasn’t needed but available. This won’t be my only time visiting. Total for the two meals was just over $30. Trussville Red Robin ROCKS!"

"I think the young lady’s name was Landa. She was a very good waitress. Attentive, knew exactly what I needed before I had to ask. Even gave me a military discount because I happen to mention it through our conversation. She is certainly customer focused. I’m a over the road truck driver & I am always chasing the clock, but today I had a little time to stop & enjoy a good burger & fries. Red Robin & Landa(?) certainly helped make my day. Thank you."

"First time eating here. Restaurant was very cold. We were quoted 15 to 20 minute wait.... took 30 minutes before we were sat. Then we were sat with wet menus. I think this location is short staffed because there were several empty tables in the restaurant. The server we wound up having made our experience better. Kiiko was great! She was very personable. I'm not sure we would have stayed. For dinner we ordered the Double Pig Out, Smokehouse Burger, plain Bacon Cheeseburger and a kids Cheese burger. Best of all.... the sides (all of them) are BOTTOMLESS!! The sweet potato fries were great! We ordered the garlic fries but they were greasy! Its literally a garlic butter thats poured on top the regular fries. The "Original Seasoning" that's on each table made the fries (both regular and sweet potato) even better! We were also able to pay at the table! Visit started off rocky but ended strong. I'd return. Especially if Kiiko can be our server!"
