Taco Bell

"This is what we just ordered. We went to a Taco Bell 30 minutes from our house just to have a better experience than the Taco Bell down town. Both taco supremes had more sour cream than meat, the meat didn’t even cover half of the taco; both were broken. The cheesy roll ups were half filled and I had to rip off the excess tortilla that had nothing on it. My cheesy Gordita crunch was broken and had no cheese, which it is suppose too. The nacho cheese was cold and my beefy five layer burrito didn’t have cheese or sour cream on it, just beef and beans. A two layer burrito if you will. It also had a hash down the side of the ENTIRE burrito. This is pathetic, the whole point of us going out our way to this Taco Bell was because it was suppose to be better; it isn’t any better than the downtown Birmingham Taco Bell. If people do not want to work they do not need to be employed because that was truly embarrassing for that company. Will not go back to Taco Bell again. I gave it a second chance after downtown Birmingham but after this garbage I will not be returning now will my boyfriend or my family. Disappointed does not even cover it."

"I am a door Dasher and I get multiple orders from this location a day! These workers are so inconsistent one minute I need to go through the drive and then the next minute I need to come in and get the order. THAT'S NEVER made in time! Do better!"

"The absolute freshest taco Bell I have ever gotten to enjoy. I only got a $5 box, but it was by far the best fast food meal I've had in months. Idk.. I thought it was so dang good, it was worth trying to figure out how to express it without overdoing it, the anxiety and backspacing, and the time spent doing so...."

"On this trip to Taco Bell, the server got my (long and complicated) order completely correct on the first try and everything was correct in the bag as well. That's not always been the case in the past at this location but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this wasn't just a fluke. Hopefully they will be consistent with this level of service. Great job!!!"

"Accidentally placed order with the wrong location (usually the app auto updates the location) cashier was nice and waited while I reordered-another team member came up and said “dont lie, you would see the location”. INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional on her part. I hope management takes notice of their employees conduct."
