"Food taste amazing as always! But the service I received at the window this morning 2/24/24 by the lady taking my order was aweful. As I was ordering she interrupted demanding what I wanted to drink while I was telling her which sauce I wanted (hadn’t got to my drink yet) I told her Dr Pepper, she asked multiple times I answered multiple times and told her to loose the attitude. I guess since she felt the need to demand what I wanted to drink in the middle of me ordering she forgot my sauces. ☹️ 0/10 do not recommend this location"

"My family really likes their breakfast. It's not my top pick, but they love it. The drive-thru line is usually super long. The staff is nice though."

"I was accidentally overcharged in the drive-thru for my meal yesterday and didn’t notice until I was already gone. I called and spoke with the manager (I believe her name was Connie) soon as I realized and she was very apologetic and told me to come in at my convenience to get it resolved. I came in today and was greeted by very friendly staff (Ms.Lisa was so kind as soon as I stepped foot in the door) after explaining why I was here everyone else was also very kind. I got my refund, placed a new order for lunch and it was spectacular. I didn’t catch the cashiers name but she even walked my tray to a table for me because I was carrying a baby. I have zero complaints about my experience as I know my overcharge was an accident. I watched them treat every person that walked through the doors with the same attitude. My only suggestion would be name tags and for Ms.Lisa to always stay in the foyer. She made everyone smile and keeps the eating area very clean. Highly recommend!"

"The service was great. The counter staff was courteous and helpful. And patient. The chicken sandwich was very good. Not greasy. Crispy chicken. Good amount of pickles. I thought the fries were just OK. Too much potato for the outer area. Not crispy enough. The condiments were nicely laid out. There was no Coke Zero, my favorite drink. I think Diet Coke is chemical nasty."

"I drive through this area often and avoided Jack’s because I confused it was another chain that I do not care for, but boy was I wrong to do that! Jack’s has some great southern fast food with a top-notch hot chicken sandwich that rivals anyone’s favorite from other fast food places. The fried pies are a particularly excellent treat, especially the lemon pie, and make any other pie from places like McDonald’s, or grocery stores pale as a weak imitation by comparison to this freshly made pie served while still hot! Good tea also, although I did not notice them having both kinds of tea on the menu, and when I asked for my tea to be half-and-half at the window, the lady politely but obviously UN-enthusiastically dumped out half the tea and topped off with the other. My only suggestion is that they be more clear on the menu that they have both sweet and unsweet tea. Either way, I will be back every chance I get!"
