"What was order was not received. We made several attempts to call the store and didn't get an answer. We had to share 1 bag of chips between 4 people we did not get our salsa nor drinks the salad was dry and the food was cold. We pay to much money to no receive what we are paying for."

"First time ordering take out from moes. Typically have to ask for extra everything when ordering in person so they actually fill up the burrito. Can’t do that with take out, smallest portion I’ve ever gotten but can’t say I’m surprised."

"I love Moe's and decided to try this location. We stay at the hotel nextdoor often for medical treatment at UAB so this location was convenient and despite the low rating of the store I thought I'd give it a try. The crew was super friendly and helpful. The food however was not very good, smaller portions than other locations and a higher price.  More disappointing was the food was lukewarm at best and the chips were stale. I really was surprised and not in a good way. Will stick to other Moe's outside of Birmingham and continue to eat elsewhere when here."

"No plastic wear, no salsa for my chips, less food than when I come into the store and came cold. Tried a different place but delivery always screws me over. Get takeout or pick-up."

"It's nice to be able to get everything exactly the way you want it with only the ingredients your desire and none of what you don't. I do wish that some of the ingredients weren't so very cold when everything else in my bite is nice and hot. However, overall it is good food."
