"Honestly, this place is better than I expected. The tacos are simple, surprisingly filling for the sizes that they are. The ingredients are quality, and the queso is absolutely amazing! I get the #5 taco, which includes black beans, eggs, potatoes, & avocado & then I add either carnitas , chorizo, or brisket. The salsa bar is cool, and I love the green salsa and the creamy one as well. The pastries are absolutely AMAZING, especially the berry Danish & the kouign aman (I hope I spelled that right). With the berry Danish, they don't tell you specifically what kind of berry Danish it is, especially if you order it online, & for me, I've come to find I sort of like that surprise! Sometimes it's strawberry, sometimes it's blackberry jam! And today, it was a cranberry one, believe! All variations are great! They have amazing coffee choices as well, although the size is way too small to be a $9 coffee. The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is super cute and reminds me of Texas....I highly recommend checking this place out!"

"The perfect breakfast taco! Delicious, fresh, and perfectly portioned. Definitely don’t skip the salsa bar! The patron salsa is creamy & light, and the tomatillo sauce is earthy with the perfect kick. The Carmadillo is the latte to start your morning with! "Have been waiting for Ladybird to come to B’ham, and it’s totally worth the wait. Best breakfast and lunch tacos I’ve ever had. Fantastic vibe, staff, food, everything is amazing. Also the prices are super reasonable where other places are going thru the roof. Amazing all around."
