"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. We have spent almost 7K trying to get our car fixed. Every time we take it back to them because they didn't fix the issue they say it's something different. Now they want another thousand to fix struts after they told us it was power steering and cv joints and lower control arm and wheel bearing. NOW they say ohhh it's the struts that's what's wrong. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX CARS. DO NOT TAKE AN IMPORT CAR TO THEM. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING. Waste of 7K could have got another car with the amount of repair charges we have paid. We kept taking it back to them because they say they warranted the work. NOW they want MORE money for the exact same issue we took it to them over a year ago. Best Buy Auto is a fraud company. We are still paying for the work that was done last time to fix the popping noise that they NEVER FIXED. I would only use MR. Bill for oil change. Hes a great guy but don't use them for any repairs."

"I like the fact that they are knowlegeable and said they have certified mechanics. However, charging me $165 for labor that took 20 mins was entirely too high. I've used them before but they've lost my trust."
