"Plus size clothing is always higher. If you wear plus size you should already know that. With that said this is along the lines of Lane Bryant as far as pricing and quality however Bryant’s clothing is much nicer/trendy, in my opinion at least. Torrid’s intimates I absolutely love. I prefer to get mine from here than anywhere. They have extremely nice clearance sales and an excellent rewards program. All the stores I’ve been to have been clean and organized- Thanks."

"12/18/23. Arrived at location at 1105 , posted hours are 10 am to 9 pm. Doors locked, not open. Left to do more shopping. Came back at 1245, still not open?"

"Went to the Torrid location in Eastchase in Montgomery, AL I was not greeted when I entered the store. There was an associate behind the counter. There were two other customers in the store. There was no customer service interactions with any of the customers in the store. No acknowledgment of any current promotions that the store was having. The Keyholder did not price match or price adjust an item that I saw online. She lost a sale and a customer, she did not deliver the customer experience that TORRID prides itself on. She wasn’t knowledgeable on how to actually do the process, and this is a process that Torrid has, also, she has the power of yes and to give every customer the customer experience. I asked for the store manger she stated she won’t be back in until next two weeks. I asked for the district manager to contact me, she did say she would have Dana call me since she was in town."

"Great clothing options for plus size women. The staff is friendly. The store is clean and well organized. Clothing is in the right order for sizes. There is a changing room for trying on outfits."
