"If I could leave zero stars I would. Called on a Sunday because I have two children and no water. Now I understand not wanting to work on a Sunday but being employed by a water treatment plant that operates 24/7 365 days a year I also understand that some things are essential no matter what day of the week it may be. So even though it was Sunday i called hoping at least to get an appointment set up for Monday or at best someone to maybe be willing to give up a hour of their Sunday to help me out at a premium charge I'm sure. But instead I was laughed at and very rudely asked why I'd call on a Sunday. So if you want someone with humanity and some empathy please DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE."
