"(I had to reduce the rating to 1 star from 2… It was that bad.) While the water options are great, I recommend you go down the street to Holiday Inn. There you are less likely to have poor room neighbors who are obnoxious and loud. Worse, once you notify the support services the assistance with needing to curtail the extreme noise is just to wait hours until 11p where they send security and nothing changes. Thanks for a wonderful time… We definitely won’t reconsider the experience. Also the customer service didn’t help when the room neighbor smoked weed openly. If this is a place highly recommended then I think other people have such low standards that sleeping on spikes and rocks with gruel as high living. This place isn’t a joke; that would have been an improvement."
"Water park is great for young kids. Only 4 rides for teen & adult. Hot tub is good both kids and adults were allowed. $55 for 10 to 3 and $65 for full day till 9pm. If it's less crowded then max 3 hrs is enough to explore everything in day pass."
"We stayed for couple days. I gave everything only 4 stars - only because there was nothing extraordinarily different from any other big water park. The kids were happy with our room - looking out at the park. To them that was pretty cool. The hotel has a lot if rooms so the park needs to be quiet large, but it was still a log jam anywhere we went in the park. Especially in the slide/lily pond area That said, over all, the kids had a great Christmas."
"Was the most fun we have had as a family in quite some time. There are so many options for the kids, and everything was amazing. Food is way overpriced, and bathrooms were frequently wrecked, but I figure it's because when we went It was very busy, so it didn't bother us to much. My son ended up stepping on glass dropped by another person that was there enjoying themselves a bit to much, but the staff was very quick to help and everyone was very sweet and amazing. Would definitely go back any time we are up there if we can manage it! The family slide was very fun, but the stars will kill you. Had two kids try the drop slide which was fun. Even the slides on the other side are fun too! Whirlpool was a ton of fun also! All in all, everything was extremely fun for the kids!"
"We purchased water park passes for the day. Overall, we had a great time, and it's a well-run facility. It wasn't crazy busy, but they would benefit from a few more slide options for the price. Lockers are definitely overpriced, but the majority of staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the pizza as a snack to take with you back to your hotel on the way out."
