"Starting off as temp is the easiest way to get in. They will give literally anyone a chance. Working as a temp is merely a test because they don't want to give full time benefits (there's a lot of them) to people who don't deserve it. It's a very calm and friendly environment that I'm actually very happy to be a part of. I plan to just grind through my temporary status and then stay with them for the foreseeable future.
