"Went here and they had no roast beef would be over an hour for them to make more also didn’t close for another three hours. We order four roast beef sandwiches cashier said we need to order something else we asked if there was enough for just two for our kids and asked how y’all don’t have roast beef yall advertise that yall do ! Then he stood there and looked away from us and wouldn’t take the money to pay for the drinks and he walked off as we was going back and forth because he wouldn’t even take the money, very rude service but hey it’s Montgomery what can you expect! Never going back corporate needs to have a check in on this place"

"I ordered 3 buffalo sliders and usually when I order it be a nice piece of chicken on the bun. I’m not sure what happened this time but I didn’t get that this time. It’s so small and I feel like I deserve what I paid for. It’s like they just got lazy and just slapped some on it. Like they broke a tender and used the pieces on both. I’m highly disappointed."

"Okay this is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I ate my entire meal and drank my entire drink before I happened to glance down and see this roach mushed up to the top of my lid. This is so gross I feel like I can feel this nastiness in my throat. They said they would return my money and I am driving up there tomorrow to get a refund but it does not even begin to alleviate the nastiness I feel in my throat right now."

"Food was really good and people were really nice. Chicken sandwich warmed well to eat. Arby's Curly fries are always my favorites!! Also they have really great prices for them. Highly Recommend."

"If I could give a half of a star I would. Look at both pictures. One is what the sandwich suppose to look like and the other one in my hand is what I received. I just spent nearly $60 at the Arby’s on Zelda Rd for dinner for my family and all of our food looked like this. I just didn’t want to take more photos of this disappointment."
